Cooking flavorful meals is second nature to Aditi, our Founder, Aditi’s love for cooking started when she was as young as five. Moving continents to start a new life in America was not part of her plan but the love of cooking and feeding kept her connected to her roots. Feeding her two sons and working full-time meant that sometimes a quick and easy meal was necessary.
Our Makhani Tikka Simmer Sauce, was made in our home kitchen. Eventually, it made its way into a local farmers market. It was an instant hit.
Experimentation and ingenuity are two hallmarks of Indian cuisine, and soon, our Makhani Tikka Simmer Sauce was joined by our Coconut and Fresh Coriander , Bengali Coconut and Cardamom & Parsi Cashew Ginger Simmer Sauces. We’ve also added our popular Cilantro Chutney and Tomato and Garlic Chutney along with a line of spice blends Aditi created to give your dishes that home cooked taste.
Today, our Sauces can be found in pantries and storefronts across America.
In 2022, we opened our first brick-and-mortar store in Kingston’s historic Midtown neighborhood.
All of our products are easy to cook with, flavorful, and healthy. Our products continue to be born in Aditi’s kitchen. Most importantly to us, though, is that every time we cook with our Sauces, we’re still delighted. We hope you are too.
