Subzi Vegetable Masala

So often in the last 5 years have I found myself answering questions from my customers as to how to combine spices for a quick vegetable dish like a curry or saute, that I came up with this mix to emulate the process I use at home. You can call this my very "user inspired" mix! And the testimonials have been fabulous. My philosophy on cooking is based on the foundation of Indian cooking, which has it's roots in Ayurveda, that all food should be "healing and flavorful" at the same time. This spice blend, with over 5 different spices, is an embodiment of that principle - from the anti-inflammatory qualities of turmeric to the digestive property of ginger, this well balanced mix is a gem.
