2026 COOKING CLASSES

NE W SERIES - Kitchens of India

Aditi: I've been wanting to do this for a long time.
This spring, we are starting a new cooking class series - Kitchens of India, that travels through the regional cuisines of the subcontinent, one class at a time.
Naturally, I am beginning at the start - my home state of Bengal. Very appropriately, it coincides with the celebration of the Bengali New Year, an occasion marked with harvest festivals, cooking and eating.
Bengali cooking is unlike anything else in India. It's bold and delicate at the same time — mustard and poppy seeds, freshwater fish, the gentle heat of green chilies, and desserts that are frankly unmatched. It's the food I grew up with, and I can't wait to share it with you.

Sat, April 18th  - Bengal, 5-730 pm $95

Note : Price of ticket includes all ingredients, a meal with the prepared dishes and ONE complimentary beverage (wine/beer/limeade).

Any additional purchases, including additional alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages can be made separately at the time of the event.

Can’t make it to class, but want to be notified of future classes?
