Made with fresh tomatoes and garlic, this chutney has been a hit at our farmers market since we introduced it a while ago. It is super versatile - use it as a dip with chips and crackers, a spread over baguette or sandwiches, as a pizza base, as topping to cooked fish and meat or just mix it with rice for a quick tomato rice. Really, the possibilities are limitless!
